More than 40 years of experience in the Brazilian Electric Sector, with a career at CEMIG, having held positions in the areas of Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance Management, Corporate Risk, Compliance and Energy Trading. Acting as CFO at CEMIG, GASMIG, TAESA, Grupo Brasil PCH and Renova Energia S.A., in this case also as CEO. He sat on the Executive Board of CEMIG, GASMIG, TAESA, Light and Madeira Energia S.A.- MESA.

Worked in the Energy, Sanitation and Infrastructure sectors with relevant participation in projects such as Embocação, New Bridge, Salto Caxias and Estreito.

Vast experience in the infrastructure market, working on heavy construction projects, having carried out negotiations, partnerships and contracts with relevant companies on the world scene. Specialized in the areas of energy, logistics, sanitation, transportation and industrial plants, she was Legal Superintendent at A.G. and Legal Advisor to the President of DM Construtora.
HENRIQUE DI LELLO FILHO

With solid participation in the development and implementation of complex projects, notably in the Energy sector, where he worked in the projects of the UHEs Capim Branco, Estreito and Belo Monte, UTEs Barcarena and Moatize (Mozambique), and wind projects in the northeast. He was Vice President of Operations of Bolt Energias, Manager of Vale’s Implantations, among others.

Specialized in Equipment Engineering, he has developed an extensive career as an executive at Petrobras, in functions such as Facilities and Maintenance Manager, Logistics Superintendent, Director of Gas and Energy in Argentina, President of several companies in Latin America, including EDESUR. Participation in ultra-deepwater oil extraction projects.
